Terms of use
Effective 30 September 2026. These terms cover the ebikediscounters free social-play service.
Who can play
You must be 18 or over and located in the United Kingdom. Confirm eligibility before guest play or registration and provide accurate account details. This service is not intended for children. The eligibility declaration is not an identity verification service.
Fictional credits only
Play Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged. There are no deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or prizes of value. We do not offer real-money gambling or claim a gambling licence. Social-play outcomes do not predict paid gambling outcomes.
Guest and account play
Guests may play the three designated games with a temporary 100,000-credit balance. Guest visits expire after two hours and may be ended earlier; guest balances are not carried into accounts. Accounts receive a separate one-time 100,000-credit starting balance, saved with game activity.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password private. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, automate play, exploit errors, interfere with the service or create repeated accounts to obtain welcome credits. Use Support to report problems.
Availability and interrupted rounds
Service availability is not guaranteed. Guest sessions can be lost on restart. Registered activity is recorded in the application database. A retried round with the same identifier does not charge twice. Do not deliberately alter game requests.
Taking a break
An account break signs you out and prevents that account from signing in or playing until the chosen end time. It cannot be shortened. A break applies to your account and is not an identity-wide block on unauthenticated guest browsing or other devices. Please do not use guest access to work around a break.
Contact and rights
Contact care@ebikediscounters.com or use the Support form for account, privacy or service questions. ebikediscounters is the product name, not a claim of regulatory endorsement. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
