Your privacy matters.
Updated 30 September 2026. This notice describes what the website stores.
Account information
Registration stores your email, screen name, a hashed password, date of birth, UK eligibility, and the time and version of accepted terms. It also stores your fictional-credit balance, round history, favourites, game preferences, reminder settings and any account break. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
Guest visits
A random session identifier links your browser to temporary guest state in server memory. Guest balances and rounds are not written to the account database. They expire after two hours, are deleted when you end the visit and are lost if the service restarts. No email or date of birth is collected for guest play.
Why information is used
Account data enables sign-in, age and region declarations, saved balances, game history, support and your chosen controls. No advertising trackers or third-party sign-in tools are installed. Optional analytics is described below. Game and image files use the same website origin. The hosted service uses Cloudflare to deliver requests securely; network information such as your IP address is processed for this purpose.
Support and recovery
Support requests contain your reply email, topic, message and a reference. Brevo delivers password recovery and support messages; ImprovMX forwards mail addressed to care@ebikediscounters.com. The support team can access these records to respond. Do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Storage and retention
Account and support records are stored in the application database on the hosting server. Account records remain until deleted by the operator. The hosted service runs daily maintenance to remove expired sessions and reset tokens, captured messages older than 24 hours and support tickets older than 90 days. Database backups are kept outside the website files, with the latest 14 snapshots retained. Reset tokens expire after 30 minutes and are single-use.
Your choices
Manage reminder settings from your profile and account breaks in Player Care. Request access, correction or deletion through Support or care@ebikediscounters.com. Browser bookmarks can be removed by untapping the heart or clearing browser storage.
Optional website measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages, device and browser information and approximate location. Google processes this information on our behalf, potentially on servers outside the United Kingdom. We do not send account names, email addresses, form contents, URL queries, password-reset tokens or game balances to Analytics. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled.
The Google tag loads only after acceptance. The first-party cookies _ga and _ga_* distinguish visits and sessions and are configured to expire after at most 180 days. The local-storage entry ed:analytics-consent:v1 remembers your choice for up to 180 days.
Accept, decline or withdraw at any time in Storage preferences. Withdrawal stops future measurement and clears Analytics cookies; it does not delete reports already collected. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.
