A password of your own
Registration requires at least 12 characters. Choose a unique password and keep it private. Your screen name is not a password, and Support does not need your password to understand a problem. Sign out when using a shared computer so another person cannot act through your session.
Password recovery
Use the password recovery form to request an email with a single-use reset link. Links expire after 30 minutes. The form gives the same response whether or not the address has an account. Check your spam folder, and contact care@ebikediscounters.com if you need help.
The scope of an account
Your account belongs to this ebikediscounters application. It is separate from other local projects and does not import their players, balances or passwords. Account controls, history and favourites are available from your profile. For a privacy or account question, use the Support form, which currently records requests locally.
